Unless otherwise stated on the sales page or checkout page, digital products, downloads, templates, and self-serve resources are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
For coaching sessions, packages, or programs, cancellation and refund terms may depend on the specific offer. If no separate written terms are provided, please contact us as soon as possible and we will review the request in good faith.
If a live session or appointment must be rescheduled, we will try to accommodate reasonable requests when enough notice is provided. We reserve the right to set scheduling limits and cutoffs.
