In their browsers and their brains. The overthinkers. The emotionally and physically tired from doing life. The "I'm fine" people who are absolutely not fine, but are still getting all the things done.
It's about finally building systems that work with your brain, not against it.
Because life isn't a color-coded spreadsheet. And neither are you.
Here, productivity is not how we judge our value. Emotions are welcome. And messy just means real.
Whether you're navigating burnout, big dreams, or a never-ending to-do list, we're here to make it easier, kinder, and more YOU.
Real humans (and one very wise goat) committed to helping you figure it out.
Founder & Head Coach
After a successful and extensive career navigating corporate chaos, she realized what fulfilled her most was the time spent mentoring and guiding her peers and team on their personal and career paths. She cut the corporate cord and one big pivot later, became head coach at Messy Coach.
Lainey knew that the same systems she built for high-stakes incidents, projects and processes in her corporate roles could be applied to everyday life. Messy Coach Methods were born: flexible frameworks, simple tools that make sense, honest assessments, shared life experience and a goat (yes, a goat).
Her goal is to help women navigate life's confusing roundabouts, bumps in the road and even the sinkholes. Making the most of everyday life is her passion. She is not afraid of big feelings or complicated situations, and won't just hand you a cliché and call it a day.
Lainey will partner with you to give you the tools, the truth, and the support to build a life that actually works for YOU. The messy bits and all.
Chief Inspiration Officer
Goats are nature's most determined climbers. They don't follow the marked trail. They find their own path, even when it looks impossible. They're sure-footed but not reckless, curious but cautious, and they know when to rest on a ledge before tackling the next bit.
Our goat embodies Messy Coach's core values: flexibility, persistence, and finding your own damn way up the mountain. She's here to remind you that there's no single "right" path, no perfect strategy. Just your path, your pace, your priorities.
Also, she's excellent at reminding us not to take ourselves too seriously. Sometimes you need a coffee break, a sticky note pep talk and a goat to nudge you to take the next step. That's just good sense and she is here for all of it.
